Terms of Registration
WVC requires at least one occupant of each room to be registered for the CE course.
Room reservation cut-off is July 3rd, 2018. All individual reservations must be guaranteed by one night deposit with a major credit card. Cancellations prior to July 3, 2018, are 100% refundable. Cancellations after July 3, 2018, will be subject to entire length of stay.
Terms of Payment
WVC Destination CE Course fees must be paid in full by mail or fax (702.739.6420) at the time of enrollment. Should you wish to pay by check, please make check payable to Western Veterinary Conference and mail check and registration form to P.O. Box 50755, Henderson, NV 89016.
Cancellation by WVC
WVC reserves the right to cancel courses at any time due to inadequate enrollment. Every effort will be made to notify participants as early as possible of a course cancellation. A full refund of the course registration fee will be issued to the participant in a timely manner. Hotel cancellation for the Los Suenos Marriott Ocean & Gulf Resort is the responsibility of the participant.
Cancellation by Registrant
Any participant wishing to cancel their registration for the Destination CE course must make the request in writing by email, fax, or mail by July 3, 2018. A $275 cancellation fee will be applied. Course cancellations after July 3, 2018, are nonrefundable.
Hotel cancellations prior to July 3, 2018, are 100% refundable. Cancellations after July 3, 2018, will be subject to entire length of stay.
Participants must cancel hotel reservations separately.
WVC may release your contact information to sponsoring companies. As an attendee, your image may be captured and used for future promotional purposes.
