Terms of Registration

WVC requires at least one occupant of each room to be registered for the CE course.  Cabin reservation cut-off is June 11, 2019.  Expedia® cruiseshipcenters® requires a deposit of $250.00 per person due immediately to confirm your reservation.

Terms of Payment

WVC Destination CE Course fees must be paid in full by mail or fax (702-739-6420) at the time of enrollment. Should you wish to pay by check, please make check payable to Western Veterinary Conference and mail check and registration form to P.O. Box 50755, Henderson, NV 89016.

Cancellation by WVC

WVC reserves the right to cancel courses at any time due to inadequate enrollment. Every effort will be made to notify participants as early as possible of a course cancellation. A full refund of the course registration fee will be issued to the participant in a timely manner. All fees and charges paid to Expedia® cruiseshipcenters® are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Cancellation by Registrant

Any participant wishing to cancel their registration for the WVC Destination CE - Alaska course must make the request in writing by email, fax, or mail by June 11, 2019. A $75 cancellation fee will be applied. Course cancellations after June 11, 2019, are nonrefundable.  

Participants must cancel the cruise portion through Expedia® cruiseshipcenters® separately.  If you need to cancel for any reason prior to your final payment your deposit is fully refundable. CANCELLATION PENALTIES: 14 days or less - No refund except for taxes, fees and port expenses, 90 days or more - No charge, 89-57 days - Deposit Amount, 56-29 days - 50% of Total Fare (taxes, fees and port expenses excluded)*, 28-15 days, 75% of Total Fare (taxes, fees and port expenses excluded).

Privacy Disclosure

WVC may release your contact information to sponsoring companies. As an attendee, your image may be captured and used for future promotional purposes.
