      What is your cancellation/refund policy for registration and paid sessions?

      We have a 100% flexible cancellation policy. Register risk-free!

      100% Flexible Conference Cancellation Policy:

      • ZERO cancellation fees and 100% refund on conference registration.

      Requests for conference and/or session refunds must be received at the Viticus Group office in writing via email to support@viticusgroup.org 72 hours before the start of the conference.

      All registrations are non-transferable.
